As a Class III Railway, CG Railway offers direct interline connections with Class I railroads and additional railroads that travel into Mobile, Alabama:

These interline connections allow our customers several options that provide fast, efficient transit. When you choose CG Railway, we provide you with multi-vessel sailings, sailing every 4 days, the ability to carry all types of railcars, a reduction in private fleet turnaround cycles, single bill of lading and invoicing, and a direct connection to Mexican Railroad (FSRR).

B. Mobile Facility

Since 2007, CG Railway has been operating an easily accessible Gulf Coast terminal in Mobile, Alabama. Our Mobile rail facility is equipped with ramps that connect to the vessels to enable the discharge and loading of rail cars, providing quick and convenient loading options. C. Operations Mexico

CG Railway offers direct interchange with Ferrocarril Del Sureste, S.A. de C.V. (FERROSUR) in Coatzacoalcos, Mexico. Railway customers have access to local industry in Coatzacoalcos and connecting interchange agreements with other Mexican Railroads, allowing shippers the option of routing traffic direct to destinations via Coatzacoalcos and Mobile, Alabama. D. U.S. / Mexico Service

Every four days, CG Railway provides rail-ferry service to and from Mobile, Alabama and Coatzacoalcos, Mexico. Our rail-ferry service is a safe and fast alternative form of transportation to the traditional land route between the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
